Thank you for placing your trust in us. Zipwire is used by a community of part-time and freelance workers, their bosses, and the hard-working people within agencies, People Ops and HR departments.
What is Zipwire?
If you're coming from the home page, then we recommend you start here:
First things first, the Zipwire "app" is just a website, https://zipwire.io. There's no downloadable or installable app and so mobile users should use our mobile-friendly website.
They can also use our WhatsApp bot and avoid going to the website when simply adding time in their Journal.
These docs are aimed primarily at that last group since the bulk of Zipwire's functionality is designed for them. In Zipwire, we call these people Processors since they process timesheets and get people paid.
The workers are referred to as Senders and their bosses are called Approvers. You can find documentation specifically targeting senders and approvers under the Use Cases section, see sidebar.
